What qualities make them worth $1000? xxxxxxxxxx When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? I have an Izmash Biathlon in 22mag. I reported on how it shot with targets etc. It was very accurate and the sction is extremely fast. The wood is not as nice as shown in your picture. Peter. For a grand,I'm sure it's in the eye of the beholder,but they are very accurate and a unique rifle. I like Peter will have a basic in 22 mag soon. Sobol aren't being imported,so I am stuck with the secondary market for this one. I am also looking for this type of rifle in 22LR.
