I have had a couple of buddies ask me about this rifle recently, and funny thing is I saw one at an Outdoors Show recently..

It looked better that some of the renditions of this model in that I have handled in the past.

But "looking and shooting" are two different things.

My buddies are looking at them as cabin, boat, deer camp, vehicle stash type rifles.

Does anyone have any experience with them???

My thoughts are, unless they are fairly accurate, say bunny/squirrel at 25 yards, and 100% reliable they ain't worth having...

If they are then maybe even I need a couple...

p dog

That was what I recommended, but these guys liked the compact store in the stock concept of the Henry slipped into a water proof roll down bag.

Still it is just hard to beat a 10-22...

What we really need to do is get rid of that stuip short barreled rifle clause.

Then a folding stocked 10-22 with a 10 inch barrel very short handy .

My folding stock 16" 10-22 fits into a waterproof roll down bag had it there many times.
