OH AND THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME IS A "DO NOT REPLY" ADDRESS THAT GETS KICKED BACK.

Sounds a bit fishy to me!

Try using a different browser, say Firefox instead of Edge (or vice versa).

Also, ad-blockers can make some sites unusable.
