I am sure there are a few members on here that have these. What are your thoughts? I think the Model I am looking at is a 52 but the lady said model 22. I think the model 22 doesn't come in a rimfire but I wasn't going to get into the long speech on the phone with someone who could look in the case and see what it was.

Accurate? Worth the price? Would you buy one for $7xx-$13xx?

I have a 57m. extremely accurate with ammunition it likes. very well built. in very good condition $1300 is a good deal based on prices I've seen in the past couple of years. there are savage magazines that will work in the 57m. it is pretty much an Anschutz receiver.

I have a 57M as well. Handsome and accurate; a wonderful, full sized .22 that's great for practice.

Pricing would depend upon model, grade of wood, "extras" like skeleton grip cap, butt plate, etc. The devil is in those details, I'm afraid.

Hadn't considered Savage mags; always ran Anschutz thru mine. Good to know...thanks Phil!

How much better than a cz452 ?

I have 9 cz 452/455 and am extremely happy.

When we had ARA matches, the Coopers were well-represented.

I bought a 57M new several years ago. Other than having to send it back, due to the bullets scraping the feed/ramp at an odd angle, it shoots fine now.
Would I buy another, NO! Nice rifles, but overpriced in my opinion.
