Buddy ordered a Henry from Gallery of Guns, had it shipped to a store on Long Island, tried to register it in NYC.. but NO DICE.

You see the tube holds more than 5 rounds. There are NO regulation stating this, The PD just makes this stuff up as they please.

Come to find out that Henry knew about it. If my friend would have bought the rifle in the City limits it comes with a 5 shot tube. Henry sent him one for free. The Henry's were made in Brooklyn 1-2 years ago, but they moved to Bayone, NJ. I can understand why.

The Henry rifle was the original assult rifle. Why else would they be listed in the want to be ban's?
