I saw a Savage flier with a new bolt action, with a rotary magazine in the new chamber . The stats showed a 20 grain bullet going 3000 fps. Do not know what Winchester will offer as far as new rifles.

Winchester the ammo company and Winchester the rifle company are two different entities. Winchester may offer no rifles at all- unless they subcontract from Howa or or others. The last I knew they did not even have a design that could be modified. They would have to start from scratch.

I suspect there will be offerings by Ruger, CZ, Remington and Browning, among others. I'll be waiting on a LH model to emerge early (fat chance) but will likely pick one up when ammo becomes available later this year.
