On occassion, one pops up on Ebay. You can usually buy another rifle for the final bid price...

Have you tried over on rimfirecentral.com? Those guys know everything about the CZs...

CZ recently did an Anniversary model, with a bit of engraving and fluted barrel.
You may be able to get a trigger guard from that one.
