Purchased a used Tactical Solutions X-Ring (Fancy 10-22) and found that the previous owner had tried to take apart their proprietary trigger group and lost the pins and hammer for the rifle. Contacted TacSol (Idaho based company) and left a voicemail. Their Tech Support contacted me at 6:00pm my time (Probably 1.5hr after he was supposed to be off work) and said he was e-mailing me a shipping label and he would repair the trigger group for me free of charge. He said their trigger groups are very difficult to work on and it wouldn't be easy to re-assemble like a regular Ruger 10-22 trigger assembly. I was blown away that they would do this even though the P.O. had taken apart and lost or kept pieces from the rifle. Mailing the package tomorrow and will update with the turnaround time "Let me start off with two words: Made in America" | ||
