Does the Weaver V series provide an image that fills the entire scope (like Leupold), or does it have a black halo around the edges? Lou

Dr. Lou, I have had the V-9 and also the V-3 and neither have that problem. It is the 2 to 10 v series that everyone complains about, the rest of line is good to go. The Grand Slams are outstanding, I have a couple of those also.

Dr. Lou, absolutely love the V-3, it goes down to 1 power and has a huge field of view and very good eye relief. It doesn't have the micro-track elevation and windage like the grand slams but it does track accurately. I regularly change settings from 100 to 300 yards it works well.
