Gander Mountain had these on sale for $349 so I decided to take the plunge. I have always enjoyed how they look with the 26" barrel, hogback stock, etc. -- they have the look of a real bolt action rifle. I stuck a Leupold 2-7x32 scope on it and headed to the range. At 50 yards it will shoot 10-shot groups that are MOA with cheap Remington Thunderbolt ammo. I got it to help me focus on technique. For example, I have already learned that one of the secrets is to barely hold the rifle, just grasp it very lightly and apply virtually no shoulder pressure, light hand grip . . . groups tighten up immediately. Neat little rifle that will be hell on squirrels.
