| Yes, and the extractor, etc. After it came back from the warranty repairs, and they had cleaned it as well, it still failed on the very first shot. I tried 5 more shots and gave up. So the very first shot after a factory cleaning, too, failed to extract. I'll be contacting them again to see what they say. I was just curious as to whether this is an isolated event or if others have run into it with this make of pistol. |

| Hi Calif Hunter,
Have you tried different brands of ammo? Some 22's are very picky about what they like. |

| Coincidently, the gunsmith at Legacy Sports just called and said that he had personally test-fired my pistol before it left with Golden Bullets and Mini-Mags. He said that the ISSC .22 pistols are very ammo sensitive and need the "really" high velocity ammo. "Regular" high velocity ammo may not have enough force to open the slide all the way, which means the empty case may not eject and ends up going back into the chamber, He said Rem Golden Bullets work well (except for the occasional dud) as does the hyper-velocity ammo like Stingers, Mini-Mags, etc. |
