Having just joined the site I tried to upload my avatar but have not had any success.

I reduced the image file size to be email compatible, but still had no joy.

Can you offer any suggestions?

The properly sized avatar is 55 X 67 pixels.

Photoshop or other graphics software easily sizes it to that.

Also, after uploading it, remember to hit the button SELECT THIS ONE.

Thanks for that. I thought the upload process would adjust the pixel size. Once I did it myself, the image uploaded.
