New to The Forum were does a newbie go to introduce himself, and how do I change my user name

Thanks Peter Im Known as Rob44 on AH and would like to have that changed as I see a few African Outfitters I know on the other site I was told to come over to your site by one of the members to get some info on spotting scopes

Spotting scopes for what? The Pistol Shooting forum might be good for a bullseye spotting scope. For rifle shooting the long range forum might be good. Be aware that nothing will allow you to resolve 223 holes beyond 300 yards, even in the white.

I sent PM about spotting scopes. Except for packing situations, get A B&L Rochester NY made.

I use a Konus spotting scope. Reasonable price and optics good enough for my purposes.
