I am not too savvy on this. What does "convert link using "embed" mean????
I loaded the video on photobucket but am lost after than.

I don't use Photobucket or any hosting service so not sure what your options are there. Best wait for a Photobucket user/expert to chime in.

If you were pulling the video from YouTube etc. you would click on "share", then click "embed", then copy the link, paste the link in your AR post using the filmstrip looking Icon to the right of the photo Icon you normally use.
