Need Help choosing biometric gun safe Login/Join

Hello AR friends,

After doing a bit of searching through the archives, I need to ask for some help & advise on choosing a biometric gun safe for my home. I wasn't sure which forum to post to, so chose this one.

My most important considerations are 1. Keeping my two young kids out of the safe; and 2. Having quick, consistently reliable biometric function for my wife.

The primary intent of the safe will be to provide fool-proof access to a handgun (probably a small frame hammerless double-action revolver) at home. It needs to open the first time, every time, under stressful circumstances.

There's a lot of stuff floating around on the greater internet, and I'm concerned about sorting the wheat from the chaff.

Many thanks & God bless,

friar

I have the above one along with their single pistol flip open model that mounts vertically. The one in the link works great as you can use the scanner or enter the code. The flip open model only has a scanner which I haven't been able to get to work so it's going back to them...
