This is not the forum for this type of question.

I recommend that you check with the fellows at Calguns.net

As an aside, be aware that the sale and export of certain items is controlled.

My middle son graduates from Marine Corps Boot camp in early Oct. in San Diego. My oldest will be returning from Afg. in mid Oct. so I will be in California a lot that month. Let me know what you want and we can make a plan.

There is a Cabelas in Reno, which is about 4 hours away. I would thing they would have everything you might need.

The other option would be to buy it online and have it shipped to your contact in Ca.

Hunting in Africa is an adventure. The number of variables involved preclude the possibility of a perfect hunt. Some problems will arise. How you decide to handle them will determine how much you enjoy your hunt.

Just tell yourself, "it's all part of the adventure." Remember, if Robert Ruark had gotten upset every time problems with Harry
Selby's flat bed truck delayed the safari, Horn of the Hunter would have read like an indictment of Selby. But Ruark rolled with the punches, poured some gin, and enjoyed the adventure.
