I am having a Fitz Special made up from an old (really old) .45 caliber Colt New Service revolver.

I wanted to post about it here on AR in case anyone else might find it interesting.

I was somewhat surprised to find that there is no "Custom Handguns" forum.

Anyway, I posted my thread on the "Pistol Shooting" forum, since that seemed to be the closest thing to what I was shooting for (pun intended).

Would a "Custom Handguns" forum be of sufficient interest to be warranted?

Don't know. Just raising it as a possibility and for discussion.
