Last night when I tried to sign in.

There was a page blocking access.

Among other things it said: "changes have been

made due to Saeed and Don's deep/ losses in the

real estate market. From now on A/R will not be a

free site.

Charges will be $5 per month or $299 per year.

Which would allow limited access to 5 threads and

1000 posts per year, choose them now"

There was two other selections for higher costs

and usage".

AND to send payment thru "Our Friends at Pay Pal".

Pay-Pal has always been anti guns.

No way in hell I would ever use them for anything

even if it meant I totally lost A/R.

I shared that with about ten others on here and

not a one had seen that. One member that's a local

friend said he believed it was one of Saeeds April

Fool jokes from the past. I figured I had been

scammed.

The thread had been hijacked. You send the money to my address not Pay Pal.

I don't understand how you landed on that page. That was our April 1 joke maybe 10 years ago.

I'd clear my cookies if I were you. No way you should have landed on an old page.

Funny you should mention that, I had the same experience a few weeks ago.

In my case I was on my phone and to get here I typed "accuratereloading" into a search engine, which brought up the old paypal page which as Don mentions was a old April Fools gag.

Google accurate reloading and one topic is end of an era.
