Give the Warne Maxima's a look. I've been using them for several years without a problem. They always return to zero.

Matte rings and scopes always look better than gloss, get the matte.

You didn't mention whether or not you want quick detachable rings. If you do want the scope to be quick detachable then the Talley's are the way to go, I have them on my M70 .375 H&H. If you're not interested in that feature then get a set of leupold dual dovetails. They're every bit as strong as the talleys, look better, are easier to mount, and cost 1/3 as much.
