Got back from a long range fishing trip with Travis Larson aboard the F/V Venturess out of Homer.
From the first day till the last, it was nothing but Ace's and eights.
Every one we met couldn't have been any nicer. The sightseeing was great and the fishing was one of the best trips I ever had.
Every female we came in contact with fished and hunted. Gotta love the girls in their Extra Tuff's.
Limited on Halibut, Salmon, Yellow Eye and Rockfish. If I knew then what I know now I would have traded all my Halibut for Rockfish. Damn that's some good eating!
Caption Travis and mates Luke and Josh went out of their way 24 hours a day.
Hope to make this NOT my last trip.

Try baked rockfish stuffed with crabmeat sometime. It just doesn't get any better than that.
