I need to waterproof some Timberland leather/rubber boots and some cammo coveralls.

The camos are a wierd fabric that is kinda like felt on the outside and rubber on the inside.

I'm thinking about using silicone to clog up a few spots where big bits of rubber have com up at the back of the boots and around the rubber area.
The boots are not inas bad a condition as this might make it sounds. I don't need new boots.

Which is the best sealant I might find in a Wholesale sports in Canada that I can just apply and forget about?

I have used Nikwax with great results, but only for reproofing already treated boots and clothing. I'd see if there was a product Nikwax makes that would be suitable for your needs.

May also try Kiwi's Campdry, but you would need to air your clothing out...there is a bit of an odor.
