I have a bud who moved up there 20 some odd years ago and I lost touch with him along the way. Name is Larry Lake. Be interested to hear if anyone knows of him.

Norton:
College is a suburb of Fairbanks. Logically, it's the area where the Univ. of Ak., Fairbanks is located and is primarily a residential area. My old stomping grounds.
Did a check in the local phone book for you. Sorry, but no "Larry Lake" listed. There are 3 "Lakes" listed but no Larry.
I also checked listings in the North Pole phone book with only 1 "Lake" listed but not "Larry". He could have an unlisted number but I dunno about that. Sorry I can't help further. Good luck. Bear in Fairbanks

Unless you're the lead dog, the scenery never changes.

I never thought that I'd live to see a President worse than Jimmy Carter. Well, I have.
