Yeah, and there's a bunch of them. I've had mine for about 6-7 months now. Most of the Wal-Mart's ( at least all of the one's I've been in) around here have the African and the Alaskan available. Same with Sportsman's Warehouse and the smaller gun shops. No shortage of Hornady ammo, either. Over on the Alaska forum (different website) there is quite a few guys that have the 375 Ruger.

There have been a lot of them sold in Alaska and most every good sized gun store has them and ammo.
I just talked to Ruger and to date they have sold over 8000 375 Rugers - which is four times their original estimate.

Anyone who claims the 30-06 is ineffective has either not tried one, or is unwittingly commenting on their own marksmanship

My latest and fairly close to finished, SCI Dallas and Reno, slowed progress is a 375 Ruger necked up to .416..Its on a Mauser action and will have a piece albiet rather plain Russian walnut from Bill Dowtins supply, hard as woodpecker lips and laid out for properly for hunting use. Bill really has some good wood. He is at oldworldwalnut.com. Tell him I sent you.
