Just another year of donations to F&G. Guess I'll have to be happy with going to Namibia at the end of September.

Nothing for me. My boy drew DE318. S.E. archery elk tag. He just got his bowhunter cert (almost 14) and has never shot any game with a bow. hmmmmmm . . . . It's a difficult hunt to say the least. Gonna have to think this one over and decide if I'm man (dad) enought to do it with him.

I went to fish and game yesterday and the lady at the counter told me that F&G reduced the number of bison permits. If I would have known the odds where reduced even more than they were to start with I would have kept my money.

Ripped again...I think Alaska should be on a point system simular to Montana for permits.

If you didn't draw a permit last year, you would be allowed to put in two permits (for the same draw) and then the permits accumulate over the years that you haven't drawn to better your odds. Then if you draw a tag you go back to zero again.

I know a few guys that draw for the same permit year after year damn near every year for the Fairbanks Managment Area. 12 years now and nothing....I know I'm not alone here.

I think that random computer is bullshit!!!!
I give my money up like a dumb-ass ever year hoping for the best.
