Well
I guess but I was there for a month
Just commenting on stuff I know first hand.
Since not knowing most of you only by your log in name I don't know if you where there.
Only part I was referring to was second hand
Knowledge of a conversation that none of the parties on here mentioned was party to.

Back at base camp

Got a moose - Biebs got one too.

Biebs shot his at 423 yards with his blaser - at least the gun can shoot.

I will write a hunt report when I get back.

Going forward I am hunting Africa - much much better deal for the money.

Also my moose was the dagga boy of moose like 10 years old

Stika gear and ruger Alaskan were outstanding.

Mid 50s to 60 on Biebs

mine was 50 ish - the moose was really old - this antlers are worn. He was a lot larger in body size. In his prime his spread must have been awesome

Lots of meat from those moose.
Any bears come into the scrap pile?

Well again great deal.

Guys,

Lets please close this thread. There has been some information released by me on this thread and in emails to certain AR members.

Alaskan Wildlife Troopers were talking to hunters in camp and spike camps.

Am back in Anchorage and will be flying out tomorrow night. Plan to visit the new Cabelas tomorrow.

I will post a detailed hunt report after I get to a computer and taxes are done (oct 15th).

Thanks,

Mike
