John, I am not sure if there is a limit on ticket sales or not we would have to ask that of APHA, if I get a chance I'll call them in the morning. BW, I understand your issue, what I personaly think is that APHA does more good for Non residents hunters than harm. And at least in this case Non resident Brown Bear hunters have required guides or first kin for as long as I can remember. Many Thanks HBH | ||

bw; makes a good point. it seems to me that the a.p.h.a. has always been for itself and it's members and not the non resident hunters that they are soliciting to buy their tickets. the only time that they will have anything to do with the hunters, is when they need the hunter's $ for fund raising...... | |||
