I've been keeping an eye on that one, doesn't appear to be to much going on with that right now but I hope he is loses his license and guiding priviledges. He should have to reimburse them for the damage he caused and I don't buy it that it was an accident either. Anyone else have anything new on this case? "We band of 45-70'ers"

Last I heard, no charges had been filed by the state. Don't be to quick to place blame. If it was an intentional act, which I doubt, I think charges would have been filed.

TJ - I used to live a little ways south of you...in Port Graham. I have flown out of a number of villages and seen some planes do weird things and not all were at the fault of the pilot. The windsocks in Port Graham were on opposite ends of the runway and the winds would swirl sometimes so that they would be going opposite directions both pointing away and towards each other...had a few scary trips out of that place...Nanwalek next door wasn't much better. In that thread the guy who had the damaged aircraft said the guide made 2 passes, damaging one on the first then his on the second. That sounds intentional to me plus the guide/pilot said he did hit them though it was an accident. How can someone accidently hit 2 aircraft accidently and with 2 passes? At the very least he should have to pay for the repairs and give the guys an apology. "We band of 45-70'ers"
