Now that the black bear hunt seems in full swing in S.E. Alaska, when do you think sows start in heat & boars start to pair up to breed in SE Alaska? Do you think the rut is afected by early vs late spring weather? I heard that brownies in the SE usually start to rut about May 15. As always, appreciate local, on site expertise. Thanks/ Chaz | ||
