For those of you who receive the "Trapper and predator caller" magazine, the cover story on the Alaskan trapper who specializes in wolverines is from my village. His family goes to my church. Five wolverine a year is considered good. Heimo averages 15 and has gotten as many as 25 in one year. Neat story if you get a chance to check it out. His family is also the subject of an older National Geographic video.

The good trappers can really work magic with their sets. I love watching them.
