Does anyone have any experience or flight time in the Found Bush Hawk float planes? Kingfisher Aviation has a couple on Kodiak. Anybody flown with them?

There's one in Sitka. Seems nice enough. The one here is on Aerocet amphibs, which are nice floats. From what I've heard from the pilot, it's slow, like Beaver slow. A C185 is probably quicker.

The big beam is due to the cantilever design, which is again due to the lack of traditional wing struts.
