Did a Cheaptickets.com search and nothing came up. How does one get to Iliamna from Anc and what would approx cost be?

I would call either Pen Air or Era Aviation. I've flown out to illiamna a few times but can't remember which one that fly's there.

ERA flys a scheduled flight with a turbo prop from Anchorage to Ilimna.

Illianma Air flys daily flights between Anc and Ili in their Pilatus

Pennair and ERA have both pulled out of Iliamna.
Call Iliamna air taxi at (907) 571-1245 or You can go on Birchwood air (907) 276-0402.

Lake Clark Air fly’s everyday from Anchorage to Illiamna Lake - 2425 Merrill Field Dr, Anchorage - (907) 278-2054

The other air taxi's not mentioned are:
Dena'ina Air (located in the same building as Birchwood), Lake and Pen Air...all at Merrill Field.

Lake Clark Air, Dena'ina Air, and Birchwood all fly Navajos. Iliamna has the PC-12 Pilatus. Lake and Pen flies a Caravan. This info may be useful depending on what kind of gear you may be taking there.

Thanks for all the info. Sorry to say, glad to say, I won't be needing to get out to Iliamna. I'm going to Nome instead and then north of Teller. I thought my trip was in jeapordy and had a back up outfitter just in case and it would have involved getting to Iliamna.
