I shot this moose a couple years ago, but when the mount was done I had it shipped to a friend's house in the states. I finally got to see it for the first time yesterday..and took a quick photo. Two old friends I hadn't seen in quite a while..

Thanks guys. I shot it on the shore of a lake in Southcentral

It was my first moose..my brother and a friend called him in from a swamp. He came right up to us, but I didn't get a shot in the thick brush. He then circled around to get downwind, and poked his head/neck out of the trees at about 150 yards. I whacked him in the spine with my '06 and a 180gr Nosler.

My brother filmed the whole thing..
