Roland I live a few miles away and the weather is usually in transition from a wet blustery fall to the full monsoon season. Who are you planning to hunt with?
Jim

Jim,

I’m just inquiring information about the area, have not made up my mind yet. Can you tell me the quality of the Brownies.

Thank you,
Roland

The quality of the bears in the area is very good. Right in the area near pedro bay (withen a few miles) you'll find a lot of brush and timber that will make the hunting harder. The terrain around the rest of lake Iliamna is much easier to hunt.
