I just read a story on "Forthewin" about Paul Silvas. Finding it odd that he violated the Lacy Act multiple times and only received a $20,000 fine and ban from hunting in AK. Seems like a slap on the wrist for guiding illegal hunts and making over 100k in the industry. Seven brown bears and a moose were harvested. I would take that deal....
