I am going up the 25 of Aug. to do some Salmon fishing in the inside passage and back again in Oct. for some Sitka Black tail. I plan to try my hand with a bow. Have you ever used the bow to hunt deer?

I used to be bowhunt every year passionately but over the past 10 years I have for the most part given it up. Time and to be honest the God awful temperature outside when bow season opens here in Texas. I just have no desire to bow hunt when it is 90 degrees outside, so I now just save my time for rifle season.

This will be my first time hunting Kodiak Island and I am really looking forward to the trip.
