Way back in the pre Covid days I booked a floatplane charter to drop my daughter and I into sheep country. I spoke to them a week ago and was told that we were good to go. Then today I got word that they are shutting down for the entire season due to excessive cancelations....  So I plan to carry my deposit over for next year, but I'm wondering if any of you know of reliable opperators that are planning to fly this season. Unless you guys can come up with a good alternative I think that we will be headed down to POW for blacktail. This was her back when she still thought that we would be chasing sheep come August. Some problems will arise. How you decide to handle them will determine how much you enjoy your hunt. Just tell yourself, "it's all part of the adventure." Remember, if Robert Ruark had gotten upset every time problems with Harry Selby's flat bed truck delayed the safari, Horn of the Hunter would have read like an indictment of Selby. Hi Jason! With the youth season being before hunting traffic is really cranking I would imagine it would be fairly doable to find someone to fly you in. What mountain range are you thinking?
