HI,

BW,I am the top pic with the red snappers, the other gentleman is the man we chartered from.I loved the area and I was looking at land this time, when I get land and build, I then will look at a boat so that may be awhile.I will say for that week it was warm to the point I was to hot, only rained one day the whole week there. The area was just beautiful, will move there in around 4 weeks and live there, the people are super also, the water is smooth around the bay and the Clarence strait is also nice waters only one time it got alittle rough, but I guesss it could get bad from time to time?,Kev
