Several places you mention contacting you IF one has not received the CD within 3 weeks.

It is either I have not received your message, or have received it and have sent you a CD.

I am sorry I do not keep track of these things. I just print the address of those requesting the CDs as soon as I receive the request, and the CD is generally sent by the next day.

I will have one in the mail to you in the morning.
