I had to do it, did not like the right hand release so I changed it over. It came out okay, this winter will mill out devcon and weld up and mill and reblue.

I use my right hand to push the button while I hold the rifle by the grip with my left hand, so I like the way it is. Did you know that Sam Colt was a lefty? So he made the Colt Single Action to load and unload using the weak (right) hand while holding the revolver by the grip with the left hand.

I had the time and equipment so it was not a big deal to do and it is easier for me when I am unloadng the rifle. Mostly I did it for something to do.

I'm jealous.
