I finally got around to sighting in my LH Stainless Stalker on thursday. It shoots well enough, very nice trigger for a factory rifle, but holy crap does it have some recoil! It is most definitely not a rifle for shooting from a bench. Will be looking into either a Pachmeyer or Limbsaver recoil pad.

I have one in 300wm and didnt even want to shoot it until I put a Pachmeyer on it. Even with a Pachmeyer on it its a little stouter than my Ruger in the same caliber.

But being the glutten for punishment... I am looking for one in 338wm also.

I have one in LH Medallion grade but with a BOSS. It makes a big difference as it kicks about the same as my 30-06.

My mistake. It weighs 7lb. 3oz. I put a limbsaver on it and that helped quite a bit. Still a bear to shoot from the bench though.
