Need a good left handed stock for a remington 700

I want to put my sons rem 700 BDL long action 30-06 into a a sporter style synthetic stock. Or if there is such a thing a wood stock with an aluminum insert..

What do you guys recommend

Check out accurate innovations...they'll have what u need, and they have the aluiminum bedding block in them.

If you want a composite with aluminum bedding block, check out HS Precision

Another vote for the HS precision stock. I put one on my 270 BDL and love it.

I have one on my 358 Norma and really like it. It is likely the most comfortable stock I have.
They have tons of options, and are IMO priced very fairly.

I do a lot of stock work! I am also LH. H-S I hard to beat. I needed Two stocks in a Hurry and couldn't locate any lh -H-S stocks .got on line to Stocky stocks and Bought two Bell&Carlson medalist 700 long lh stocks. Bedded both rifles,cut the pressure point out of both ,and shot .5 m.o.a. With both rifles The 7mm mag shot. 1.413. @400 yards These two guns were factory,out of box guns.customer was happy,I didn't want to give them up!!! The stocks cost$217

+ 1 for stockys, i have ordered five stocks from there, and always get it timely. As to the B&C, they are pretty good, never had any issues thus far.

Accurate Innovations makes some great looking stocks, for sure.

If going synthetic, IMO, a fella would be further ahead to skip B&C, save a while longer, and order a McMillan EDGE. I own both.
