Chris Schofield at Walnut Grove Gunstocks, trimmed my stocks down, and reshaped them.

Chris also made patterns off of my reshaped stocks, if you want yours duplicated or one made off a blank.

LH Mini Mauser & LH 7 X 57 crappy cell phone pics.

I've got a blank from Chris I'm working on for a Mauser of my own. Chris is a great guy and very helpful!

The reshape looks nice!

Grip looks a little long IMHO but overall like how they turned out.

Finish work turned out great! That multi-colored ebony on the grip cap is interesting (would like to see a close-up of that). It matches nicely. You really did get lucky with the fiddleback wood on that Mini Mauser.

Nice work, but I think I would change those grip caps out for steel ones.

Chris reshaped a Zastava stoc for me also. I asked him to make the grip slim and to shorten the grip so that I could put on a steel cap. Now I've got to finish it. Chris did a one-to-one pattern of my stock in case anyone wants one made from some of his nice wood.
