We're going to be "gifted" with a health care plan we are forced to purchase and fined if we don't, Which purportedly covers at least ten million more people, without adding a single new doctor, but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents, written by a committee whose chairman says he doesn't understand it, passed by a Congress that didn't read it but exempted themselves from it, and signed by a President, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, for which we'll be taxed for four years before any benefits take effect, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that's broke!!!!! 'What the hell could possibly go wrong?'

WrongsideThe clip hanging down kind of ruins it for me. That and the backwards safety. Think it'll be a Tikka for me.

remington33Tikka has discontinued lefty's in .223 from what I can find, and others too I believe. Do you have a link otherwise?
The clip could be nicer no doubt, and the safty is one thing I would change on my 452, but it sure shoots great.

kk alaskaLooked at a new SS Tikka LH 270 last night. Thought it was unusual to put gas relief on the RH side on a LH rifle. Most LH rifles have no gas relief on RH side to protect LH shooters.
Any one know of any dealers with the LH CZ 527
223 Americans?

?
So in other words, it isnt really a left handed rifle. Sounds like a right handed rifle with the bolt on the left side.

kk alaskaTikka,s gas relief on RH rifles is on the LH side so at least they are consistent.

sbsmithSaw my first LH CZ 527 last night. Nice looking wood and well balanced. May be a touch light but I'll probably have to have it anyway.
