For those of you who have hunted oscellated turkeys in Campeche, what/how did you get the back into the US?

Which forms from USDA did you need? Did you find the process difficult?

I did the turkey 2 years ago and that year the USFW decided to change some rules in order to seize and destroy as many turkeys as they could.
For many years the outfitter would give a copy of his quota for the area and with that and the standard USFW form that was good enough to bring the skin back.I was at the beginning of the season and shot the turkey and a nice red brocket.Coming back through Houston it was obvious that the turkey was their quest.Diddnt even care about the deer but was happy to inform me the bird would be stored saftley in the freezer and then DESTROYED in 10 days.I stuck to it and my case was argued all the solicitor general attorney at the Department of the Interior. He gave a fair judgement of me paying a fine of $100 and made USFW give the turkey to me.They werent happy to lose.
Anyway, the reputable outfitters have figured out how to do the paperwork but dont plan on bringing it along.Be sure and pick a good one who will send you your trophy.Cool hunt and my mount is beautiful.

Any damn excuse is better than none. Your such a pathological liar all you know how to do is set around and think of your next lie. I serioussly doubt that you have ever killed anything, other than time.

Opps, missed another oportunity to shut up, didn't you. Talk about putting your foot in your mouth!!! Wow!!!

BTW, fool, I hope those pics finally put your delusional idea that I am somehow posting as huntincats to rest.

Jesus........ for the rest of us coming into this blind, it looks like a bunch of nut jobs. The entire thread should be deleted if the content is not going to explain it.

But that is just my take and I could be wrong.

Skyline,
It is hard to understand because the honorable Crazy Horse deleted all his posts so you only get half the story. He is somewhat of a dufus on these threads and calls people a lot of profane names then slinks back behind his mom when he gets proven wrong.

Your post is not clear to me, but if you mean that CHC has contacted you and made some kind of threats regarding you son, he really has gone Crazy. Frankly I don't like him, but I hope this is not the case since that would be waaay across the line. Don't mess with family, especially in Texas.

No Sir, huntincats contacted me via my normal email and has been the one making the threats. he is conviniently leaving out the emails he sent me which I have filed away for future reference.

He seems to feel that he can make unfounded accusations about myself and my wife and then start emailing me and harassing me off of AR.

He was the one that interjected his son into this, not me and I have the proof of that.

I hope that's right. FWIW I think huntincats is crossing the line when he continually posts negative things about you, most, if not all, of which seem to be untrue. Lying is not acceptable to me, whoever does it.

The thing became a "problem" when I questioned the veracity of his having hunted oscellated turkeys. As long as he was making the accusations about me being on welfare, all was right in his little world. When I made the comment about the turkey, no pun intended he went ballistic. He crossed the line when he emailed me instead of pm'ing me on here.

In the first email he sent, he had evidently sent a copy to his son with the sons email address on the email I received. I did not realize it was his son until HE mentioned it. I know absolutely nothing about the person other then I want him to cease with the accusations he has been making.

Pretty uncomfortable for members to watch this mess unfold. When someone takes it to personal email and threats are included it's time to demand it cease or else (else being a call to someone). I personally would prefer to settle it the old-fashioned way but you never know when some whacko is going to show up armed to kill over nonsense.

For whatever reason, this guy has a bone to pick with you and doesn't seem to understand limits.

huntincats, what horrible personal affront has CHC committed against you? Is it more than a comment here on AR?

Sorry to offend anyone here really.Thing is that Mr.Crazy horse is allways cussing everyone out about anything they post.Has been doing it long before I posted anything. He said I lied about the turkey hunt in a few ugly posts.I sent a pic and he deleted his posts to make it look like he said nothing. The email i sent him was of me with the mounted turkey and a date to prove him wrong.I diddnt threaten him with any kind of violence or anything of the sort.Because my son took the pic of the turkey with his iphone his address was attachet to it.Mr.;Crazy decided to threaten him with some sort of retaliation to the school then deleted that too.You all have read his posts over the years and h\know of the vial he spouts.I have just thrown a little back thats all. This forum has great discussion all in all and he is the spoiler. For my part I will stop posting about him.Happy hunting.

As far as I am concerned, I am taking a wait and see stance. The real problem actually had nothing to do with the Ocellared Turkey. It started with accusations/allegations concerning myself and my wife, don't believe me look at the other combatants past posts.

I am happy that the gentleman gets to hunt a much as he does. He has taken some really impressive trophies my hat is off to him for those accomplishments.

That does not however give him Carte Blanch to follow me all over the site making the accusations/allegations he has been making. He also does the same thing with MOA Tactical, look it up it is there for any and all to see.

Best of Luck to Everyone on their future hunts.
