I killed this doe in winter in la patagonia,San Martin de los Andes ,we eated it then in a barbecue .

My oldest daughter and I each took one here in Texas last year and found the meat to be excellent.

Yes ,the meat is excellent ,when i was younger during my winter holidays ,with my friend Dr.Oscar Perez Lauchtz we killed many of them and sold the meat to San Martin restorants ,and then spend the money skying and in local pubs .Juan
