A friend of mine owns a ranch in West Texas and i have been invited to thin out some hogs. I was out there last fall filling feeders and saw one that would prolly go 400lbs or better. He is bigger than the 385lb boar I have mounted. I couldn't get a good shot so let him walk. At 70 yards or less I could see the tusks with the naked eye. This boar was seen during deer season but no-one wanted to try him. Owner of the place said he was to big for anyone and they were about half afraid of him. To make it short he should still be there and I am hoping for a shot at him.

Thanks! Got back home about 11 Sunday night. Saw one big sow about 180 yards away. Waited to see if a boar was with her and it got dark on me. Saw a smaller one the next morning but couldn't get a shot. May I'll get one next time.
