| Just out of curiosity how does that work with licenses in British Columbia. Do you apply in a draw for all of these licenses, or do you buy them over the counter, or how do you get them. |

| Outfitter is given so many per year. Depends on the area, in this area he is given 2 goat and 2 grizzly permits. Based off of game counts. He is trying to get the number of goat permits increased. However, he has to pay for the count.
It's expensive.
