I consider booking a hunt for siberian ibex in Russia next year, with the possibility of taking brown bear. The hunt will be taking place in West Sajan mountains close to Kyzyl with norwegian booking agent/outfitter Ansten Østbye.. Anyone hunted there or any experience with Anstens operation? I think he`s doing buisness with a lot of international agents/outfitters..
