Mike, I had already shown the photograph below for reference purposes. It is an ibex we shot in Beceite. We wanted the best ibex we could find that would not make a bronze medal. It was a very windy day and we had to work hard since the ibex were uneasy. It is good example of a fully mature (10 to 12 year old) ibex, and a good representative non-medal trophy. Then there are larger Ibex, and smaller too, but this one is a keeper. This other trophy measured 222,1 CIC points, or Silver Medal. I re-post them just to show how impressive and beautiful an Ibex trophy is, and how the "need" for the Gold Medal is relative. Best regards, Alvaro | ||
