UPDATE!!!

I didn't get through to the USFW, only their recorder but I received an e-mail from my friends with pictures of Sheep that came from their hunting area! Massive Rams that appear to be in the upper 50's or low 60's. We are talking fantastic rams!!! I would take this trip myself but just can't come up with that much cash. Can forward pictures to anyone interested.

Sounds good, then. I hope it all works out, and you are wise to talk to USF&W. Didn't intend to cause a hassle, just want everyone to be sure so no one gets a jab later.

That's all good, Hawkeye, but I still strongly suggest that the USF&W be checked with. I know for certain that many (most) of the fine people in Kyrgyzstan do not fully understand that a Kyrg permit is only half the deal. Anyone who isn't certain that the USF&W will issue a permit is a fool to take this, no matter how good. If you get USF&W assurance of available permits, then you have a good deal, but not until. I'm definitly not opposed to these hunts; I just don't want someone to get burned. It happens every year.
